My name is Yuri Krivokhija and I am the founder of the International Elite Hockey Academy. Being a former professional hockey player with 20 years of pro experience, I want to share my expertise and my knowledge to help young players to reach the highest level of their game. I know from my own experience what it takes to make it to the pros and I will help you become the best player you can be! Being a long time head coach in the Pittsburgh AAA program, I know WHAT the coaches are looking for and WHAT it takes to earn a spot on the roster. But most importantly, I know HOW to accomplish all your goals – on and off the ice….

The idea behind creating this program came to me when I realized that there is a lack of opportunities for high quality hockey training in the Pittsburgh area. I also knew that there is an enormous need to effectively prepare for various tryouts for the upcoming hockey season, a need for junior players to get their game ready to hit the world of Junior and College opportunities, the need for young players to learn from the pros! I thought to myself, what if I could create a program to accomplish all of the above, but do it at player’s own pace, at the most convenient location with an opportunity of creating their own schedule at a very affordable price…Wouldn’t that be great?
